First we will be talking about Khufu. Khufu was king from 2590-2568 BC. During his time he was a cruel leader. He closed down temples and made it so people could only worship him. khufu also made people work for him. anwar-al-sadat was president from 1971-1981. He was the first to sighn a peace treaty with isreal. He was reallu peaceful and ambitious. He also earned the noble peace prize in 1978 for being so peacefull to other country. These leaders were very contrast because one believed in controlling while the other believed in peace.
Kufu and Anwar-al-sadat were similar because they were both ambitious. Khufu was ambitious in his power. He was so afraid of loosing power that he told everyone that he was a sun god, so know one could take his power away. He worked very hard for the things he wanted. Anwar-al-sadot was ambitious because he started out in the lower part of the government.he slowly worked himself up to first vice president and eventually president. they are both ambitious, but in different ways. Anwar-al-sadat is ambitious in helping other people. Khufu was ambitious in helping himself
